Austin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He obtained a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) and a B.SC in Accounting from Lagos State University (LASU).
He has over
20 years’ cognate experience, 5 years in Audit and Taxation and over 10 years
at Financial Derivatives Company Limited, where he headed the Accounts
department. He was the pioneer head of the Performance and Strategy department
for over 10 years. A cognate experience in consultancy services he later
transferred to A and G Consult. He is currently the Managing Partner of A and G
Consult. He is the founder and Pioneer President of Pivot (Ikeja) Cooperative
Multipurpose Society Ltd and also the MD/CEO of Pivot-Edge Limited, the
Parent company of the Cooperative Society
