A specialist in system administration with expertise in hardware and software applications, she has served for 21 years as Head of the Information Technology and Systems Department and 12 years in administrative and human resource management.
Renowned for her strong leadership and organizational skills, Mercy has consistently demonstrated the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams toward achieving shared goals.
